Terms and Conditions – 48ph Official Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to 48ph. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 48ph ("we", "us", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all use of the 48ph website, mobile platform, and any services made available through them, including sports betting, live casino games, jackpot slots, bingo, and promotional offers.

By accessing the 48ph website, completing the registration process, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 48ph platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with 48ph.

To register and maintain an account on 48ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 48ph strictly prohibits underage gambling and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated accounts are not permitted to register on 48ph.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, problem gambling database, or regulatory exclusion list that covers 48ph's platform.
• You must not already hold an existing 48ph account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must be accessing 48ph from a jurisdiction where online betting is legal and your use of the platform does not violate any applicable local law.

48ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

All information provided during registration must be kept current. Players are responsible for updating their account details if any personal information changes. Changes to account details must be submitted through the 48ph support team and may require supporting documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 48ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs or verification codes. 48ph will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

• Do not share your 48ph account credentials with any other person. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, regardless of whether the activity was authorised by you.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your 48ph account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at support@48ph.best.
• 48ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 48ph account is strongly recommended to add an additional layer of security.

All financial transactions on 48ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). 48ph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: The minimum deposit on 48ph is ₱100. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits made using a method that does not belong to the registered account holder may be declined and returned.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal on 48ph is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. 48ph targets a processing time of 15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Players may only withdraw to payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 48ph reserves the right to apply anti-money laundering checks to any withdrawal request. This may require additional documentation and cause processing delays.
• Balances derived entirely from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Any detected attempt to exploit the payment system, including charge-backs without legitimate grounds, will result in account suspension and the forfeiture of balances.

Sports bets placed on 48ph are subject to the following rules. By placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 48ph does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been submitted and accepted, except as provided in the specific rules for match postponements or event cancellations.
• The minimum bet on 48ph is ₱50 for sports markets and ₱1 for casino and slot games. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and account tier.
• 48ph reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at our sole discretion without providing a reason, including bets placed by accounts suspected of arbitrage or professional matched betting activity.
• In the event of a match postponement before kick-off, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your 48ph wallet unless the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original start time.
• For in-play bets, 48ph's recorded time of bet acceptance is the definitive record. The platform is not responsible for network latency or delays on the player's end that may affect in-play bet placement.
• Obvious errors in odds — including pricing errors, data feed failures, or manifest mistakes — do not stand. 48ph reserves the right to void bets settled at manifestly incorrect odds and re-settle at the correct price.
• Accumulator bets where one or more legs are voided will have the voided selection removed and the accumulator settled on the remaining legs.

Specific rules for individual sports — including Asian Handicap settlement, correct score markets, and player proposition bets — are available within each market on the 48ph platform. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific rule and these general betting terms, the sport-specific rule takes precedence.

All casino games and slot titles available on 48ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action or external factor.

• Casino game decisions and slot spin results are final once the round is completed. Technical support cannot reverse game outcomes on the basis of player dissatisfaction with a result.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a network disconnection or technical fault on 48ph's end, the round will be resolved according to the game's auto-resolution rules when the connection is restored. Unresolved round credits will be returned to your account balance.
• Progressive jackpot wins on 48ph are subject to identity verification before payout. Jackpot wins of ₱500,000 or more may require additional documentation and processing time of up to 72 hours.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. In the event of a software or hardware malfunction affecting a game's normal operation, 48ph will investigate and resolve the matter fairly based on available game logs.
• Casino game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published in-game and on the 48ph game information pages. RTP is a theoretical long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any specific outcome per session.

48ph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual offer, plus these general bonus terms which apply to all 48ph promotions unless otherwise stated.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated at the time of the offer. Unless specified otherwise, bonus wagering requirements on 48ph are typically set at 10× to 30× the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time account registrants only. Multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus will have all related accounts suspended.
• Contribution Rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Live casino games typically contribute 10%–15%. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms on 48ph.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have an expiry period stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from accounts and cannot be reinstated.
• Free Spins: Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds unless stated otherwise, and are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonus Abuse: 48ph reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging bets across markets to guarantee a wagering contribution without genuine gameplay risk.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 48ph. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and all balances — including pending withdrawals — will be held pending investigation. 48ph reserves the right to permanently close accounts and forfeit balances where prohibited conduct is confirmed.

• Opening or operating more than one account on 48ph, including accounts under different names or payment methods.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using automated betting bots, scripts, algorithms, or any software tool designed to place bets without direct human decision-making.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting pricing differentials between 48ph and other platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion between players, including coordinated betting patterns on peer-to-peer games.
• Intentional exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities on the 48ph platform.
• Using the 48ph platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law or international financial crime regulations.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your 48ph account, including for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.
• Attempting to charge back deposits after using the deposited funds for betting activity on 48ph.

48ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of our platform. We believe gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and we take our obligations seriously to ensure it stays that way for every player who chooses 48ph.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 48ph players and can be configured directly within your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your 48ph account. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

48ph collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties unrelated to platform operations.

All account and transaction data is stored on secured servers with 256-bit SSL encryption. 48ph complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

48ph provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 48ph is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime, game malfunction, or data errors.
• 48ph is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's failure to maintain account security or failure to follow these Terms.
• 48ph's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit 48ph's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Gambling involves financial risk. Winnings are not guaranteed. Players accept this risk when they choose to bet on 48ph, and 48ph is not responsible for gambling losses incurred by players who use the platform in compliance with these Terms.

48ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required by regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the 48ph platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 48ph shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 48ph, we ask that you contact our support team in the first instance. Our agents will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Philippines.
